The Oswego County Legislature recognized outgoing Legislator Nathan Emmons at its October meeting. Legislature Chairman James Weatherup, District 9, presented a plaque to Emmons thanking him for his service to the residents of Oswego County. Over his nearly three terms, Emmons served on the Legislature’s Government, Courts and Consumer Affairs, Finance and Personnel, Human Services, Health and Public Safety committees; including as vice chairman of the latter two groups in 2022.
