OSWEGO COUNTY RAISES AWARENESS ABOUT HUMAN TRAFFICKING – The Oswego County Legislature presented a proclamation to the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County (CAC) recognizing January as National Human Trafficking Prevention Month. The recognition serves to raise awareness about human trafficking, provide resources to assist those that have experienced human trafficking and build community partnerships to support a strategic response.
