The Oswego County Department of Social Services (DSS) is closed today, March 1, due to technical issues resulting from a recent power outage. The facility will re-open for normal business hours on Monday, March 4.

DSS staff do not currently have access to phone or email and will return any messages when the facility reopens on Monday.
