Former County Historian Honored for Decades of Service

Justin White receives plaque from committee members

The Oswego County Legislature’s Government, Courts and Consumer Affairs Committee recognized Justin White for his 25 years of service with the county. White served as Oswego County Historian and a records retention clerk at the Oswego County Records Center before he retired last year. He was a long-standing member of multiple community boards and was awarded a lifetime achievement award from the county’s Tourism Advisory Council last December.
