Adult Day Health Care (ADHC)

ADHC is a health monitoring and activities program that’s designed to promote independence - and delay institutionalization - of disabled adults. This program provides a supportive and friendly atmosphere for adults age 18 or older that require ongoing rehabilitation and medical services.

This Medicaid eligible program serves all of Oswego County. Open Monday through Friday, St. Luke ADHC offers a variety of attendance options. Registrants can attend up to five days per week, or as few as one day per week.
