Suggested Contributions*
Home Care/Respite: $3 per hour
Personal Emergency Response: $5 per month
Insurance Counseling/Case Management: $5 per hour
Legal Assistance: $5 per hour
Home Delivered Meals: $4 per day
Congregate Meals: $ 3 per day/additional $1 if a night meal is received
Nutrition Counseling: $5 per consultation
Social Adult Daycare (SAD): $10 per day
Transportation to SAD: $10 per one way trip
Curb to Curb Transportation for Seniors: $3 per one way trip; $5 for round trip

*Individuals whose income is at or above 185% of the Federal Poverty Guideline ($2,248/month for an individual, $3,040/month for a couple) are asked to contribute at an amount that represents the cost of the service.

Insurance Counseling/Case Management: $41.69 per hour
Legal Assistance: $74.25 per hour
Home Delivered Meals: $6.47 per meal

Nutrition Counseling: $50 per hour
Social Adult Daycare (SAD): $75 per day
Transportation to SAD: $35 per one way trip
Curb to Curb Transprtation for Seniors: $22.72 per one way trip
