Assistance Programs

Oswego County residents applying for or receiving assistance (Temporary Assistance, SNAP, Medicaid or HEAP) now have the ability to upload documents from their phone directly to the Department of Social Services using a new mobile application called NYDocSubmit.  The mobile application is available free of charge for download on Google Play or the Apple App Store and can be used to take photos of documents and easily upload and submit them to the agency.  For a guide to using NYDocSubmit please click HERE.
